Instructions for preparing and submitting manuscripts to JournalStack
Manuscript Types accepted

General Formatting Requirements
- Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word (DOCX) format.
- Clear, concise, and scholarly English.
- Page: A4, margins 1 inch.
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt.
- Line spacing: 1.5.
- Consistent heading levels.
- Number all pages.
Manuscript Structure
- Title Page (title, authors, affiliations, ORCID, email)
- Abstract (150–250 words)
- Keywords (4–7 keywords)
- Introduction
- Materials and Methods / Methodology
- Results
- Discussion
- Conclusion
- Acknowledgments (optional)
- Conflicts of Interest
- References
Abstract & Keywords
Abstract must summarize objectives, methods, results, and conclusions. Keywords should reflect core concepts of the manuscript.
Figures & Tables
- Sequential numbering required.
- Captions below figures and above tables.
- PNG, JPG, TIFF accepted (300 dpi minimum).
- Embed figures in manuscript & upload separately also.
Referencing Style
Use APA, IEEE, or Vancouver. Include DOI links where possible.
Ethical Considerations
- Submission must be original and not under review elsewhere.
- Plagiarism must be below 10% (excluding references).
- Human/animal studies require ethical approval.
Submission Process
- Submit via OJS system.
- Authors must register before submission.
- Assigned to Editor + Peer Review.
- Revisions may be required before acceptance.
Peer Review System
Double-blind peer review by minimum two experts. Decision outcomes: Accept / Minor Revision / Major Revision / Reject. Typical review duration: 2–4 weeks.
Open Access & Licensing
- Published under CC BY license.
- Authors retain full copyright.
- Articles publicly accessible immediately after publication.
Article Processing Charges (APC)
APC varies by journal category. Waivers available for low-income countries. No submission fee collected.
