UNDP is the United Nations' global development network, working in nearly 170 countries to eradicate poverty and reduce inequality. In Bhutan, it partners with the Royal Government on climate resilience, governance and sustainable development. UNDP co-implements major initiatives such as the ECRUL urban climate resilience project.

The Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport is the Bhutanese government body responsible for roads, urban infrastructure and transport policy. It is the lead implementing agency for the GEF/UNDP-funded ECRUL project enhancing climate resilience in the Thimphu–Paro urban region. The ministry oversees infrastructure development across Bhutan's dzongkhags.

The Global Environment Facility is a multilateral fund established ahead of the 1992 Rio Earth Summit to confront biodiversity loss, climate change, pollution and land/ocean degradation. It partners with 184 countries, international institutions, civil society and the private sector. GEF's Least Developed Countries Fund backs Bhutan's ECRUL urban resilience project.

Druk Green Power Corporation is Bhutan's largest power producer and the backbone of its carbon-negative clean energy economy. It operates over 3,500 MW of installed hydropower capacity across the country's major plants. DGPC is wholly owned by the Royal Government through Druk Holding and Investments.

Bhutan National Bank, founded in 1997, is a leading commercial bank in Bhutan offering retail, corporate and SME banking services nationwide. It is one of the country's principal financial institutions supporting business and personal banking. BNB operates branches across multiple dzongkhags in Bhutan.

Druk Holding and Investments is the commercial arm and investment steward of the Royal Government of Bhutan, established in 2007. It is the country's largest government-owned holding company, with shares in 21 domestic companies across energy, manufacturing, finance, aviation and trading. DHI manages these assets for the long-term benefit of the Bhutanese people.

Perfect TMX TMT is Bhutan's sole manufacturer of Thermex TMT reinforcement bars and one of the largest such manufacturers in the northeastern subcontinent. Established in 2014, it also produces wire nails, roofing sheets, uPVC windows/doors and fibre-reinforced polymer products. It operates as part of the Pelden Group's Perfect Group of companies.

Bhutan Automation specializes in manufacturing and implementing industrial automation systems and secondary equipment. It is a joint venture between Druk Green Power Corporation (Bhutan) and Andritz Hydro Private Limited (India). The company is ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 45001:2018 certified.

Bhutan Board Products is a Royal Government of Bhutan undertaking established in 1982, among the country's largest manufacturing industries. It manufactures wood particle board and ready-to-assemble furniture products. BBPL has operated for over four decades as a key player in Bhutan's wood-processing sector.

Druk Wang Alloys, established in 2005, is the second-largest producer of ferro silicon in Bhutan. It operates a 36MVA production facility with a rated annual capacity of 24,000 metric tons. The company is a key industrial exporter in Bhutan's metallurgical sector.
