Full Paper Submission Guidelines
Comprehensive requirements for submitting your full paper to the 5th International Conference on Science, Engineering & Technology 2027.

Format & File Requirements
Accepted File Formats
Submission file must be in Microsoft Word (.docx) or TeX format. If submitting in TeX format, high-resolution, properly named figures must be attached alongside the TeX file.

Originality & Prior Publication
Not Previously Published
The work must not have been previously published in any journal, conference proceedings, or public repository.
Not Under Concurrent Consideration
The work must not be currently under review or consideration by another journal or conference at the time of submission.
Third-Party Material
Any material from external sources — including photos, datasets, and documents — requires proper citation and prior written permission from the copyright holder.

Author Responsibilities & Ethics
Authorship Criteria
All listed authors must have contributed significantly to the work and must explicitly consent to being identified as an author on the submission.
Corresponding Author Confirmation
The corresponding author must confirm that all listed co-authors agree with the manuscript's content before it is submitted.
Plagiarism & Data Integrity
A rigorous plagiarism check will be conducted on all submissions. Papers found to contain plagiarism or data distortion will be rejected outright or retracted if already published.

Quality & Structure Requirements
Study Design & Argument
The study design and research argument must be clearly structured and articulated. The paper must present a coherent and logical narrative from introduction through to conclusion.
Concise Title
The manuscript title must be concise, informative, and accurately reflect the scope and contribution of the work.
Standalone Abstract
The abstract must be fully comprehensible without reading the full paper — it must stand on its own and clearly summarise the study's purpose, methodology, findings, and significance.
References, Tables & Figures
All references must be checked for accuracy and completeness. All tables and figures must be numbered sequentially and clearly labelled.

Peer Review Process

Initial Screening
The editorial team screens submissions to ensure they align with the conference's aims, scope, and quality standards.

Expert Review
Papers that pass initial screening are sent to two independent subject-matter experts for double-blind peer review.

Reviewer Recommendation
Reviewers recommend rejection or acceptance — with or without required revisions — based on their assessment of the work.

Editorial Decision
The editor makes the final acceptance or rejection decision based on reviewer feedback and the overall quality of the submission.
