General Policies & Ethics
Compliance & Quality
Submissions must meet minimum academic quality standards. Non-compliant, poorly formatted, or low-quality papers may be returned to authors or desk-rejected by the editorial team without undergoing full review.
Review Process
Editors will initially screen all submissions to ensure they align with the conference's aims and scope. Papers passing this preliminary check will be sent for double-blind peer review to determine final acceptance or rejection.
Permissions & Consent
Before submission, authors are legally responsible for obtaining permission to publish any copyrighted material included in their work (e.g., photos, diagrams, and proprietary datasets). All listed co-authors must explicitly consent to their inclusion on the paper.
Research Ethics
Where applicable, research involving human or animal subjects must be approved by an appropriate institutional ethics committee in accordance with the legal and ethical requirements of the study's country.

Abstract Content & Structure
Paper Structure
To maximise the likelihood of acceptance and reviewer engagement, papers must feature a well-structured study design, a logical research argument, a concise and informative title, and a standalone abstract.
Author Listing & Order
All authors must be listed in strict order of contribution or academic rank (rank-wise) during the initial submission.
Language
All submissions must be written in clear, grammatically correct English.
AI and Similarity Policy
The similarity index for any submitted abstract must be strictly below 20% as verified by plagiarism detection software. The unauthorised or uncredited use of generative AI for text production is strictly prohibited.

200 – 300 words

3 to 5, separated by semicolons
